枫叶教会了我自律与规划的重要性。在高中生活中，无论是课堂学习还是课外活动，枫叶都强调合理安排时间和坚持执行计划。例如，在完成英语课的final report时，枫叶的老师教导我分部分慢慢写，提前做好计划，然后逐步执行。我会先列出报告的大纲，明确每个部分的主题和要点，然后每天完成一部分内容。这个过程中，枫叶的老师会给予我反馈和建议，帮助我不断完善报告。通过这样的实践，我不仅学会了如何高效地完成任务，还培养了时间管理能力和规划能力。枫叶教会我，成功不仅需要努力，更需要合理规划和持之以恒的执行力。

For instance, when writing my English final report, teachers guided me to break it into sections, plan ahead, and execute step by step. I started with an outline, defined themes for each part, and completed sections daily. Teachers provided feedback, helping me refine the report. Through this process, I mastered task efficiency while developing time management and organizational skills.
